Target: Parents, students and everyone in America who cares
Sponsored by: Parents and Students for Music and Arts (PSMA)

I, the undersigned, petition that every public school student should receive a complete and balanced "whole student" education, which includes equal access for all to music and the other arts pre-K through 12th grade. Before these goals can be realized, we first must stop all pre-K-12 selective-subject (mathematics and English) high-stakes standardized testing.
